The app is decent overall, but it has stability issues such as missing notifications and slow support replies. My account has been under review since last year, so platform offers show as ineligible. Relatives who use the app faced the same problem, and support only asks us to wait.

Shots on goal are counted incorrectly, which ruins whole bets, and support does not help even when I send photos and videos of the play. It happened again in another match. On 24/06 a boosted odd was not settled properly—errors keep happening and my messages go unanswered.

Very disappointing app: I set up facial recognition and biometrics, yet login keeps freezing and demanding fresh authentication. Out of nowhere it warns that my password changed, even though browser login works fine. I went back to the browser—mobile apps should save time, not waste it. Uninstalled.
